We have been providing top quality Thai food, with fast and friendly service at very affordable prices through since 1997 when our first “Thai Away Home” restaurant opened on Cambie St. at 17^th Avenue.  As the demand for authentic Thai cuisine grew in Vancouver, we opened our Davie & Bute St. location in October 1999 and our Thai Away Express franchise prototype in October 2004.

Our customers' interest in Thai cuisine led us to offer our signature Thai Away™ sauces, fragrant Thai herbs, and free recipes for home cooking. We became the first Thai restaurant to provide Thai speciality food products to "make at home".

After many years of building customer brand awareness around the Thai Away label in our restaurants with our award winning dishes and retail sauces, we have launched into the grocer and independent retail environment with our exciting highly tested and proven “Thai Meals in Minutes” fully prepared frozen natural meals and sauces.

Preparing Thai dinner is very simple. Place Thai Away Meals in Minutes™ in a microwave or a pot of boiling water, and you have a complete meal on your table in 5 - 10 minutes. Add a salad or garnish with fresh Thai herbs, if you like, and enjoy.
